About TurkExperts Holding
TurkExperts Holding is a Turkey-based export coordination group operating across multiple industrial sectors. We work with international buyers, procurement teams, and sourcing programs that need structured access to Turkish manufacturing — not a directory listing, but an active coordination layer that handles supplier qualification, export documentation, compliance management, and logistics execution.
The group is not a marketplace and not a trading company in the traditional sense. We do not hold inventory. We coordinate supply — between verified Turkish manufacturers and the buyers who need what they produce.
How the Group Is Structured
TurkExperts Holding functions as the governance and coordination layer for a network of specialized export verticals. Each vertical operates within a defined industrial sector — paper and packaging, freight logistics, cosmetics and personal care, agricultural produce, construction materials, automotive components, and others — and manages its own supplier relationships, technical knowledge, and buyer communications within that sector.
The parent layer provides what individual verticals cannot efficiently maintain independently: cross-sector compliance oversight, export documentation standards, logistics coordination through TurkFreight, quality verification protocols, and the institutional framework that governs how all verticals qualify and monitor their supplier base.
This structure exists because industrial procurement is not generic. A buyer sourcing tissue paper from a Turkish mill has different technical requirements, different certification needs, and different logistics considerations than a buyer sourcing automotive brake components or agricultural dried fruit. Specialized verticals serve those buyers better than a single generalist operation can.
What We Coordinate
Our operational scope covers the full procurement cycle for international buyers sourcing from Turkey:
Supplier qualification and factory verification. We maintain active relationships with manufacturers across Turkey's major production zones — the Organized Industrial Zones around Istanbul, Bursa, Gaziantep, Konya, Denizli, Kayseri, and Mersin — and apply consistent qualification standards before any supplier enters the active network.
Export documentation and compliance. Turkish export regulations, EU market access documentation, US customs requirements, and sector-specific certification management are handled centrally across the group, with vertical-level specialists for categories that carry their own regulatory frameworks — medical devices, cosmetics, agricultural commodities, and defense-related industrial components.
Logistics execution. TurkFreight, the group's logistics vertical, coordinates freight forwarding, customs brokerage, and multimodal routing across road, rail, and sea. For buyers consolidating shipments across multiple verticals, TurkFreight manages container optimization from multiple production zones to a single delivery point.
Who We Work With
Our buyers are typically institutional — procurement departments, sourcing offices, import distributors, hospitality groups, and commercial buying programs. Minimum engagement thresholds vary by vertical and product category; the group is not structured for retail or single-consignment transactions.
Most of our long-term buyer relationships begin with a specific category need and expand across the network once the operational relationship is established. A hospitality group that initially sources contract carpets through TurkRug may subsequently source linens through TurkCotton and manage consolidated freight through TurkFreight. That pattern — single category entry, multi-category expansion — reflects how the network is designed to be used.
Turkey as Our Operating Base
Turkey's manufacturing base is the reason this group exists where it does. The combination of the EU Customs Union framework for industrial goods, established production capacity across a wide range of sectors, geographic proximity to European and MENA markets, and a logistics infrastructure that connects to both the Middle Corridor rail network and major Mediterranean ports creates a sourcing environment that has become increasingly relevant for buyers looking to reduce supply chain concentration risk.
We are not advocates for Turkish manufacturing in the abstract. We work within it daily and understand both its strengths and its constraints. Lead times, production capacity, certification coverage, and currency considerations are all real variables that inform how we structure procurement programs for buyers.
